Head of Logistics

To support our rapid global growth and manufacturing scale, we are looking for a Head of Logistics who will take full ownership of Ajax Systems’ global logistics operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Build, lead, and develop Ajax Systems’ international logistics team
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end logistics processes
• Ensure best in class Logistics methods, processes and solutions.
• Drive automation of logistics processes and workplaces
• Manage import & export logistics: Ukraine, Vietnam, Turkey, EU, North America, UAE
• Oversee fulfillment and own warehouses globally
• Ensure customs clearance compliance worldwide
• Enable data-driven decision-making across all logistics functions
• Implement GTD principles to improve execution and prioritization
• Drive and ensure a Continuous Improvement approach
  
  
  

Hard skills:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in logistics leadership or consulting roles
• Proven experience managing international and cross-functional teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships
• Commercially and financially astute, with experience managing budgets and optimizing costs
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to think critically and beyond standard frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams
• Excellent organizational and people management skills
• Confident negotiator capable of operating at all levels
• Excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher
• APICS Certificate is highly preferred and considered a significant advantage
• A proven track of designing and improving international Logistics networks will be considered as an advantage
• TMS systems experience will be considered as an advantage
