Key Responsibilities

• Sets plans to manage key customers and partners. Work with key accounts to formulate strategies outlining plans on how relationship develop.
• Implements business plans, Service Level Agreement, monitoring and exploring opportunities throughout the year, and reporting progress at predefined intervals to key stakeholders.
• Positions and develops the various market segments and position CEVA Logistics as one of the key players.
• Secure approved/ Preferred vendor status from Key account.
• Consolidate and update customer knowledge (decision makers, influencers, volume potential, incumbents, industry challenges/opportunities, strategic expectation) and CEVA Logistics performances
• Develop CEVA Logistics market share and profitability through customer's operations across the network.
• Develop and implement the sales action plan.
• Review CEVA Logistics performance and quality indicators which have been contracted with customer
• Plan and monitor growth with the dedicated network sales team aligned with customers flows. Optimize sales awareness and development within network through CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
• Lead direct actions with identified customer's interlocutors.
• Define operational and pricing procedures and exercise authority over agencies to have them applied.
• Plan monthly meeting to pilot growth and sales activities.
• Lead global tenders and participate to sign-off with respective operation parties.
• Design and present global tenders to customers with supporting CEVA Logistics functions and expertise.
• Call on corporate steering committee to arbitrate financial, sales or operational disputes linked to international contract management.
• Report on weekly activities in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool
