Our client is a fast-growing UAE-based organisation operating across multiple business lines with a workforce spanning white- and blue-collar segments. The business is professionalising its people function to support scale and sustainability.
The Role
The Head of Human Resources will lead the end-to-end HR agenda, covering talent acquisition, organisational design, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will work closely with executive leadership to build leadership pipelines and succession frameworks. A key focus will be policy standardisation, labour compliance, and culture alignment across business units. The role will also oversee compensation structures, learning initiatives, and workforce planning. This position will play a strategic advisory role while remaining operationally grounded.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will have senior HR leadership experience within fast-growing or multi-entity organisations. Strong knowledge of UAE labour law and HR governance is essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. Experience building HR structures from semi-formal environments into mature organisations is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence are critical.
