🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

  ▸ Proven experience as an HR leader within investment banking, private equity, or a closely related financial services sector.

  ▸ In-depth knowledge and practical application of UAE and GCC labor laws and financial services regulatory compliance.

  ▸ Demonstrated success in leading talent acquisition for senior, front-office investment and private equity roles.

  ▸ Track record of leading HR digital transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation and leveraging people analytics.

  ▸ Expertise in designing and executing strategic initiatives such as succession planning, talent management, and leadership development.

  ▸ Comprehensive experience managing core HR operations including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

  ▸ Strong understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and policy implementation in a regulated environment.

  ▸ Experience developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and a high-performance culture.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

  ▸ Experience managing an integrated function that includes both Human Resources and Workplace Services/Corporate Administration.

  ▸ Relevant professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or GRP.

  ▸ Experience operating in a high-growth, multi-jurisdictional organization.

  ▸ Strong financial acumen with experience in HR budgeting and vendor contract management.

  ▸ Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting, using tools like Power BI or Tableau for HR metrics.
