Role Purpose
The Head of Growth & Marketing, North America is responsible for building and leading the marketing organization that drives demand, adoption, and engagement across Rapsodos Golf and Diamond ecosystems.
This leader will operate at the intersection of brand, growth, product marketing, and community, ensuring that Rapsodos marketing strategy directly supports revenue growth, product launches, and long-term platform engagement.
Reporting to the General Manager of North America, the role partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to create an integrated go-to-market engine across consumer and enterprise segments.
Success in this role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, building the systems, processes, and team necessary to scale a global sports technology brand.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
Own the end-to-end growth engine across North America
Lead performance marketing across paid media, SEO, digital acquisition, and conversion optimization
Oversee direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing and ecommerce growth
Partner with the Amazon channel owner to scale marketplace performance
Develop lifecycle marketing programs that drive subscription activation, engagement, and retention
Build data-driven marketing funnels that connect acquisition to long-term customer value
Product Marketing & Go-To-Market
Lead product marketing for both Golf and Diamond product lines
Translate product innovation into compelling customer value propositions
Develop clear product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
Drive coordinated hardware + software launches across channels
Build repeatable go-to-market playbooks that align marketing, sales, and customer success
Ensure strong launch readiness across retail, DTC, and enterprise channels
Community, Creators & Ecosystem Development
Lead the creator and influencer ecosystem across Golf and Baseball
Develop authentic athlete and coach communities that drive product adoption and brand advocacy
Support ecosystem strategies including simulator integrations, developer partnerships, and third-party platforms
Build scalable community programs that increase engagement and content creation
Brand & Storytelling
Lead the evolution of the Rapsodo brand across North America
Ensure consistent brand storytelling across consumer and professional segments
Oversee content creation, creative production, and athlete storytelling
Amplify product innovation and customer success stories through modern digital channels
Marketing Infrastructure & Technology
Build the marketing technology stack required to support a scaling technology business
Oversee CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and campaign performance systems
Ensure marketing data connects seamlessly with ecommerce, subscriptions, and sales systems
Introduce operational rigor and measurable performance management across the marketing organization
Organizational Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization
Develop clear ownership across growth marketing, product marketing, and community functions
Partner closely with BU leaders across Golf and Diamond
Align marketing strategy with North America revenue targets
Develop future marketing leaders and build scalable team structures
Requirements
Role Qualifications
10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
Experience leading marketing in technology, sports technology, consumer electronics, or SaaS-enabled hardware businesses
Proven track record of building scalable growth engines across digital and ecommerce channels
Strong experience launching new products and managing complex go-to-market programs
Experience building marketing organizations in fast-growing or ambiguous environments
Leadership Profile
Commercially minded marketing leader with strong revenue orientation
Deep understanding of digital growth mechanics and customer lifecycle management
Comfortable balancing brand strategy with performance marketing execution
Strong cross-functional collaborator across product, sales, and operations
