Head Of Finance - Group Management Reporting And ALM Injaz - Planning And Management Accounting Dept Corporate Affairs

• This is a critical leadership role which sits within Group Management Reporting and Advisory function, part of the GCFO office and supports the Group’s strategic finance agenda.
• The incumbent is responsible for providing financial insights to the GCFO, GCEO and the Board of Directors at Group level.
• The incumbent will ensure real-time financial insight, robust governance to support growth, profitability and enterprise wise initiatives.
• The position will play a pivotal role in shaping digital and AI lead transformation / disruption across the Planning and Management Accounting department.
• This incumbent is responsible for managing Group-wide business planning, analysis and advisory process including Board presentations, Dashboards for Chairman and GCEO and integral to manage the financial systems for management reporting.
• This incumbent is also responsible for Group ALCO reporting and governance in line with Central Bank of UAE regulations.
• The incumbent is responsible for managing weekly Group Capital Allocation Committee meetings (GCAC).
