Head Of Finance And Operations

We are partnering with a fast-growing international partnerships and commercial advisory business operating across the US and Middle East to appoint a hands-on Head of Finance & Operations.

This is a high-impact role working closely with the CEO, taking full ownership of finance and operational administration across UAE and US entities. The business operates in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with international clients, long-term commercial contracts, and ambitious growth plans.

The successful individual will bring a builder mentality, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to independently run finance operations end-to-end in a lean, globally connected business

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance operations across UAE and US entities
• Manage monthly reporting, cashflow, forecasting, AP/AR, reconciliations, and management accounts
• Oversee UAE compliance, payroll, entity administration, visas, and government portals
• Manage US payroll and finance operations
• Maintain financial controls, reporting accuracy, and operational discipline
• Support the CEO with financial insight, process improvement, and operational scalability

Required Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Strong UAE and US reporting experience
• Proven experience independently running finance operations within a small or mid-sized international business
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Gusto, and Ramp
• Experience managing UAE payroll, compliance, and government processes
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive, ownership-led approach
