Job Description

The Head of Finance is a crucial leadership position within an organization, responsible for the strategic financial management and planning necessary to achieve the company's long-term financial stability and growth objectives.   • Advise on funding strategies and support negotiations with financial institutions.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing finance team for continuous development and success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a CFO.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance principles and financial analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of financial strategies preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Professional finance qualification like CPA, CFA, or equivalent is preferred.
