We Can Offer You The Following Tasks

• Lead and manage the MEA engineering team, including recruitment, training, and capability development.
• Drive strategic initiatives to grow engineered aftermarket solutions for turbomachinery and related equipment.
• Develop and approve repair procedures for Everllence and third-party equipment in collaboration with global engineering teams.
• Provide technical support for operational issues and assist in troubleshooting.
• Oversee technical project management for revamps, diagnostic services, and engineered solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate processes, safety standards, and quality norms.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, supporting sales with technical expertise.
  
  

You Can Help With The Following Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 4–5 years of experience in engineering, preferably in turbomachinery, rotating equipment, or compressor design.
• Strong technical background in engineering studies, proposals, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are an advantage.
• Commercial mindset with ability to articulate value propositions.
• Highly organized, proactive, and resilient under pressure.
• Knowledge of industry standards (API) and familiarity with thermodynamics, aerodynamics, and rotor dynamics is desirable.
