Your Opportunity To Lead

As Head of Delivery, you will be instrumental in the shaping the definition of our Project Management practice in the region. You will lead digital transformation programs for our customers, managing risk and dependencies, ensuring your teams and clients feel supported every step of the way.

You will play a pivotal role in pre-sales, financial management, and resourcing—connecting the dots between ambition, delivery, and business outcomes. And just as importantly, you’ll help foster a fun, collaborative, and high-performing culture within the team and the wider agency

To be successful in the role you will need to be a digital native who thrives in delivering high-value digital transformation programs. You will have a natural flair for client interactions, blending high energy with composure, and a demonstrable ability of bringing order to complex solution builds.

For this role, it is essential that you have built your experience in a similar environment to Valtech – a Digital Transformation Consultancy or Digital Agency, delivering solutions that blend creative design, technical heavy lifting and Data / AI capability.

Your Role

Own the end-to-end delivery of complex digital programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.

• Mentor and grow your team of Project Managers, instilling confidence and consistency in delivering, in addition to managing your own programmes of work.
• Build and manage complex delivery models involving global resourcing, nearshore/offshore collaboration, and multi-vendor coordination.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients, managing relationships, resolving problems, and leading escalations professionally and empathetically.
• Provide pre-sales support by contributing to scoping, solution design, delivery planning, and resourcing approaches.
• Lead project financials—owning budget planning, forecasting, margin optimisation, and commercial risk management.
• Champion delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and inject energy, humour, and team spirit into everyday interactions.
  
  

Who You Are

Experience and Expertise

• 10+ years of experience in digital delivery, with a proven track record leading multiple, cross-functional programmes in a Consultancy or Digital Agency environment.
• Experience managing programme budgets of AED 5M+ (or equivalent), with a clear understanding of forecasting, billing cycles, and commercial levers.
• Strong pre-sales and scoping capabilities - able to translate a business problem into a phased delivery approach.
• Experience setting up and managing distributed delivery teams—balancing quality, cost, and collaboration.
• Deep understanding of agile and product delivery methods, with flexibility to adapt to different client contexts.
• Strong communicator with a calm, composed approach to client management and issue resolution.
• A positive presence—someone who leads by example, brings people together, and makes work feel like a place people want to be.
