Job Description

Define and execute data, advanced analytics, and AI strategy aligned to business priorities.
Implement strong product management practices with clear ownership and measurable outcomes.
Lead and develop high-performing teams across engineering, product, data, and DevOps.
Establish modern data platforms, BI, and reporting capabilities to enable insight-driven decisions.
Drive innovation through automation, DevOps practices, and responsible AI adoption.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelors/Masters degree in Data, Technology, Computer Science or Engineering.
At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in data technology roles, within wider experience.
Proven track record in leading large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Experience delivering complex transformation and modernisation initiatives.
Expertise in data, advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI.
