Big Mamma is a French Italian restaurant group, founded by Victor Lugger and Tigrane Seydoux. Over the past 10 years, we have opened 35 restaurants across Europe (France, Monaco, England, Spain, Germany, Italy and Belgium).

Now, for the very first time, Big Mamma lands in Dubai with the opening of Gloria Osteria and we are looking for a Head of Communication & Marketing to lead this exciting new chapter and drive Big Mamma visibility and community growth across Dubai. You will define and execute the annual communication and marketing strategy, ensuring strong brand positioning across press, social media and key local networks.

🍝 Your Mission

PRESS

• PR & Influence Strategy: create and lead a creative PR & Influence strategy on how to generate press around Big Mamma in Dubai. Create and execute the annual calendar of news and activations. Leading, managing and briefing our PR agency to get massive coverage and visibility through influencers.
• Public Relations: with the help of a PR Agency, creating a strong relationship with journalists and influencers.
• Editorial: write engaging content for press releases, press kits and responses to interviews.
  
  
  

• Social Media Strategy: designing a strategy and creative ideas for social networks (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linkedin) and newsletters insuring engagement and growth.
• Creative Content: ensure production of disruptive content with impactful pictures, videos, ensuring targets are smashed and we create game-changing content.
• Website strategy: responsible for content, information & evolution.
  
  
  

• Opening: build with the wider marketing team the identity of the new restaurant (brand, menus identity, photography & video etc).
• Partnerships: lead on development of collaborations to strengthen the brand.
  
  
  

• Solid knowledge of the Dubai media and social landscape
• 3–5+ years of proven experience in Communication & Marketing within hospitality, F&B or lifestyle brands
• Strong expertise in PR & influencer marketing, with a track record of generating high-impact media coverage
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, photography and short-form video production
• Data-driven mindset, tracking KPIs and measuring campaign performance
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in direct contact with operations restaurant teams in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English with excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Based in Dubai and available to work on site (DIFC)
