Head Of Commercial Contracts Digital Infrastructure

A leading digital infrastructure platform is seeking a senior contracts leader to build and own the commercial contracting framework across a portfolio of mission-critical assets.

This role will sit at the centre of customer engagement, partnering closely with commercial, legal, sales, and operations teams to manage high-value, long-term contracts with enterprise and hyperscale customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and lead all customer-facing commercial contracts across the platform
• Develop and standardise contract structures covering:
• Long-term service agreements
• Capacity, availability, SLA and pricing frameworks
• Change management, renewals, and expansions
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex negotiations with large enterprise tenants
• Work closely with Legal to balance commercial outcomes with risk management
• Support commercial teams during bid, negotiation, and onboarding phases
• Drive consistency, governance, and best practice across regions and assets

What We’re Looking For

• Senior contracts or commercial leadership experience in:
• Digital infrastructure, telecoms, cloud, data platforms, energy, utilities, or large-scale asset businesses
• Strong background in long-term B2B contracts with complex SLAs
• Comfortable negotiating with sophisticated enterprise or hyperscale customers
• Able to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Experience working in fast-growing or scaling environments is a plus
