Your Role in Our Mission
As Head of Brand & Communications, you will be the strategic owner of FundedNext’s brand identity, positioning, and message across all internal and external touchpoints. You will build brand equity over one‑, two‑, and three‑year horizons while contributing directly to revenue generation through 360° marketing channel execution, monthly event and roadshow planning, and ensuring brand message virality across owned, earned, and paid channels.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Brand Strategy & Positioning
Define and own the company’s brand identity, position, and message.
Build phased brand strategies covering 1‑year, 2‑year, and 3‑year horizons.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Marketing Channel Ownership
Lead 360° marketing channels including events, social media, video production, media, roadshows, and IB partnerships.
Own platform‑level strategy across X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, and Discord.
Direct video production and media output aligned to brand message.
Revenue & Growth Contribution
Drive brand‑led acquisition and retention efforts.
Ensure brand content achieves virality and measurable reach.
Translate brand message into market awareness and pipeline impact.
Planning & Execution
Lead monthly planning of roadshows, events, and brand activations.
Coordinate cross‑functional execution with sales, product, and partnership teams.
Manage calendar, budget, and resource allocation across channels.
What You Bring
8–12 years of experience in brand, marketing, or communications leadership.
70% background in sales/marketing with proven brand/growth leadership.
30% product management exposure, able to engage substantively on product roadmap and USP.
Strong grasp of external stakeholders, customer segments, and competitor positioning.
Hands‑on fluency across events, social media platforms (X, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Discord), video production, media relations, and IB partnerships.
Ability to translate product features into compelling brand narratives.
Comfortable operating across strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
