Head Of Assets And Liabilities Proposition - Business Banking

Responsibilities

As a Head of Assets and Liabilities Proposition in Business Banking at Emirates NBD, your role is to lead the development and execution of product plans, managing the value proposition for Business Banking, with the purpose of maximizing growth, market share & profitability for the segment.

• Create and manage the customer value proposition based on portfolio segmentation and market research 

• Communicate new proposition launches, enhancements, and campaigns to customers.

• Work closely with analytics teams on  customer insight ownership and development 
• Monitor the segment and the Financial planning
• Work closely with product units in Retail and Corporate Banking for new product development
• Manage schematic lending and liabilities book for the segment 
• Evaluate new business development initiatives, work with partners and fintechs on new products and partnerships 
• Support on items of operational efficiency, credit policy and risk controls 
• Work with digital teams to create/ amend digital journeys for existing and new products & services 
• Improve cross-sell through campaigns, insights from analytics, product enhancements 
• Manage customer portfolio across various packages, managing pricing of products and services 
• Work as segment SPOC for key bank wide initiatives such as system implementations, regulatory changes etc.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, in marketing, finance, banking or related discipline.
• At least 15 years, with 10 years in SME and/ or Product/Segment Management experience
• Local market knowledge advantage. Multi country experience preferred.
