The Opportunity

As the Head of AI Operations / AI Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in steering a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, developers, marketers, and designers. You will be responsible for building robust internal processes, optimising workflows, and ensuring the seamless execution of project roadmaps. Reporting directly to the founder, you will have a direct influence on strategic decisions and the overall direction of the organisation. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate a diverse team of professionals across AI, development, marketing, and design disciplines.
• Design and implement scalable internal processes and workflows to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Oversee the onboarding, performance management, and professional growth of 6–10 team members.
• Ensure the timely delivery of projects by aligning team efforts with business objectives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to shape strategy, prioritise initiatives, and drive organisational development.
• Organise and prioritise tasks to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Maintain rigorous quality control standards for all team outputs.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and business impact.
• Foster alignment between the team’s efforts and the broader goals of the organisation.

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, preferably within AI, digital, or technology-driven environments.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and scaling high-performing teams.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms, such as ChatGPT, automation software, and other cutting-edge technologies.
• Fluency in Italian is mandatory; professional proficiency in English is required.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans.
