This is a systems role, not a supervisor role. You’ll own the housekeeping training and quality standard across thousands of professionals — designing how they learn, coaching in the field, and using data to lift the experience customers actually feel. Your north-star outcome is our category NPS: every professional you develop is a reason a customer’s home feels cared for, and rates us higher for it.

What you’ll own

• Drive category NPS and customer experience by raising the quality and consistency of how our housekeeping professionals are trained
• Lead and develop a team of 8–10 Housekeeping Trainers — clear goals, real coaching, tracked performance
• Design and continuously improve training across housekeeping skills, customer service, hygiene, and safety
• Run quality checks and on-site coaching so standards hold across every professional
• Turn training data and customer feedback into measurable improvements in service quality and NPS
• Standardize how training is delivered, documented, and reported across the network
• Partner with Quality, Operations, Customer Experience, and Business Development to close skill gaps
  
  

What tells us you’re the one

• You’ve measurably improved a training or service-quality outcome across hundreds of people or more
• You can connect a training change to a customer-satisfaction result, and explain the causal chain
• 5+ years in housekeeping / hospitality training or a related leadership role — results matter to us more than years
• Strong coaching and communication in English; Hindi, Nepali, or Tagalog is a real advantage — it’s how you’ll connect with our professionals
• You read data, find the gap, and act on it
• Calm and organized in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
