Head Butcher

Hello Chef is building a world-class butchery operation — one that delivers safe, high-quality meat and fish with consistency, discipline, and pride.

We’re hiring a Head Butcher to own the floor as we scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about food safety, yield, and high standards of execution — keeping the butchery clean, organised, and running to plan every day.

You’ll lead from the room, set the standard for the team, and ensure production flows predictably and reliably.

You’ll be a strong fit if you have:

• Hands-on butchery experience across beef, lamb, and fish
• Ownership of food safety, hygiene, cold chain, and FIFO
• Experience managing yield, waste, and stock
• Confidence leading a butchery team on the floor
• Clear communication in English
