HC Shopper Marketing Executive Assistant Manager- Arabia

Shopper Marketing is a vital role in the vertical of Customer Planning & Strategy; it is split in to two main pillars:

• TCM & CM. When it comes to the CM part, the person is responsible for planning the Customer Business Plans (CBPs) and the Customer Marketing Plans (CMPs). CBPs would be the activities that happen at a national level, while CMPs are the customer specific activities. He/she would be required to define the activities, define the KPIs for each activity, plan the mechanics along with the in-store execution activities that will happen in a timely manner, and aligning the sales team & agencies on the same. He/she will work closely with the creative agencies as well to work on the designs and AW that will be used in-store.
• As for the second pillar-TCM- the person will work on the assortment, planogramming, lead on JBPs & govern the innovations process. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
• Responsible for Joint Business Plans
• Define Perfect Store KPIs & Monitor Achievement
• Prepare Trade Selling Story for Category Big Rocks/Launches
• Prepare Assortment & Planograms
• Execute the Innovation Process
• Build Brands In-Store
• Plan & Execute In-Store Activations
• Manage & Maintain the Production Budget
