Gym Floor Coach

This is a full-time, gym-based coaching role combining gym floor presence, member inductions, personal training, and class coaching. Coaches are scheduled to work up to 6 days per week, 8 hours per day (48 hours per week including breaks). Consistent presence, professionalism, and active member engagement are essential to this role.

Key Responsibilities

Gym Floor Duties

• Maintain a visible and active presence during shifts
• Support members with exercise guidance and technique correction
• Monitor safety and gym etiquette
• Ensure equipment is clean, organised, and properly re-racked
• Maintain overall gym standards and presentation
  
  
  

• Deliver professional and welcoming inductions
• Conduct gym walkthroughs and equipment demonstrations
• Provide introductory training advice
• Discuss member goals and explain available services
• The purpose of the induction is to help members feel confident training independently while understanding the support available to them.
  
  
  

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions
• Schedule sessions without compromising gym floor responsibilities
• Maintain accurate session records as required
  
  
  

• Lead or cover group fitness classes as required
• Deliver sessions to a high coaching standard

• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
• Remain approachable and engaged throughout the shift
• Use personal phones only for work-related tasks
• Work collaboratively with management and team members

• Basic Monthly Salary: 6,000 AED
