As a Guest Services Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that clients and visitors experience exceptional service and support during their interaction with our organization. This role demands a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills to effectively address the needs of our guests. You will serve as the first point of contact, embodying our brand values and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression at all times.
  • Handle phone and email inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests and visitors.
  • Manage reservations and coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests.
  • Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring complete satisfaction and positive experiences.
  • Maintain updated records of guests’ preferences and feedback for continual improvement.
  • Provide guests with comprehensive information about services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and facilities meet standards.
  • Promote additional services or special events and facilitate secure transactions.
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and ready to assist guests at all times.
  • Develop strong relationships with repeat guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Report any significant issues or hazards to management promptly for resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a guest services or customer-facing role is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, capable of addressing guest issues efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in using reservation and point-of-sale software systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Professional appearance and attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
