Job Description

The Guest Services and Retail Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assess their individual needs and preferences.
  • Answer questions and provide information about products and services effectively.
  • Handle guest transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment.
  • Stock merchandise and ensure retail displays are attractive and replenished.
  • Assist with inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reports.
  • Address guest complaints promptly and seek solutions in a courteous manner.
  • Foster and maintain good relationships with both guests and team members.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Promote and upsell retail items and special offers to increase sales.
  • Participate actively in all staff training sessions and team meetings.
  • Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and product information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in customer service or retail for a minimum of one year.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse interactions.
  • Ability to handle transactions accurately and work under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and related technology.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive, energetic attitude, and a commitment to providing great service.
