Job Description

As a Guest Service Representative fluent in both Arabic and English, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience at our hotel. Your primary responsibilities include providing courteous service, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel valued and comfortable. Your language skills will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of guests, enhancing their stay. The ideal candidate will be personable, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills to handle any guest needs or challenges with ease.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and a professional attitude.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with guests both in Arabic and English to ensure understanding.
  • Address and resolve any guest complaints in a timely, satisfactory manner.
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
  • Process reservations and confirmations accurately to avoid errors or confusion.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to address guest needs promptly.
  • Keep records of guest interactions, transactions, and feedback for quality control.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area including the front desk and lobby.
  • Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment securely and accurately.
  • Stay informed and updated on hotel policies, procedures, and special promotions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary for guest interactions.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, reservation software, and office equipment.
  • Outgoing and approachable personality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
