We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team. Our ideal candidate is bilingual in Arabic and English and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Guest Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for everyone. You will handle inquiries, assist with reservations, and address guest concerns promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide an outstanding first impression with a friendly demeanor.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide prompt and informative responses to their needs.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Resolve guest complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update accurate guest records and room statuses in the database.
  • Provide information about available services and amenities to enhance guest experience.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill special guest requests as needed.
  • Upsell additional services where appropriate to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing daily tasks efficiently.
  • Follow safety and security procedures to ensure guest privacy and data protection.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required for effective communication.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems and databases.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
