Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
  • Maintain an accurate guest folio and ensure timely billing and transactions.
  • Facilitate reservations and manage room allocations to maximize occupancy rates.
  • Foster guest loyalty by building rapport and providing personalized services.
  • Communicate guest feedback to management and suggest improvements for service enhancement.
  • Ensure safety and security policies are adhered to at all times for guest protection.
  • Assist in training new staff members to deliver exceptional guest service standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and operations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in managing booking systems and basic computer operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, friendly attitude at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary.
