Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
  • Provide efficient and accurate information about services and facilities.
  • Ensure all guest inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
  • Resolve guest complaints effectively, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance departments to fulfill guest requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and guest service area.
  • Assist guests in making reservations and booking local activities.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate guest service records and reports.
  • Upsell company services and products to enhance guest experience.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and management when necessary.
  • Adhere to safety and security protocols to ensure guest and staff safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree is a plus.
  • Previous experience in guest service or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor while maintaining a positive attitude.
