We are currently recruiting for a full time Guest Service Assistant to join our enthusiastic team at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina.

As a Guest Service Assistant, you need to provide a warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests by assisting with check-in and check-out procedures; responding to guest enquiries and requests; providing information about hotel facilities and services; handling guest concerns; and ensuring every interaction creates a positive and memorable experience while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures. Your role will include key responsibilities such as:

• Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Respond to guest enquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently while ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, restaurants, local attractions, transportation, and other guest requirements.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, messages, and relevant front office documentation while ensuring confidentiality of guest information.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations, Security, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.
  
  

Ideally, you'll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a four or five-star hotel or comparable industry, ability to demonstrate working with and engaging teams from different cultures, strong verbal and written communication skills along with being quality oriented with focus on details, high performance standards, able to multi-task & meet deadlines and technical proficiency in hotel front office systems and related software preferable.
