  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in arranging transportation and reservations for guests as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing transactions.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are clean and welcoming at all times.
  • Upsell hotel services and rooms to maximize revenue potential.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless guest service operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for guest confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a guest service role within luxury hospitality.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and booking systems.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, to meet guest needs.
