Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and tact.
  • Facilitate reservations and provide up-to-date information about services.
  • Process payments, verify customer identification, and handle billing issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
  • Manage room keys and ensure their safe distribution and collection.
  • Provide recommendations for local attractions and dining establishments.
  • Utilize hotel software to update and retrieve guest records efficiently.
  • Assist in managing guest luggage and transportation requests as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with all hotel departments for guest needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to details.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-service orientation.
