About The Role

As a Guest Relations Executive – Outdoor Bar & Lounge, you will be the face of our guest experience, building meaningful connections and ensuring exceptional service throughout every visit. With a passion for hospitality and guest engagement, you will help create memorable experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact and engage with guests, delivering personalized service and maintaining high service standards.
• Welcome, greet, and ensure guests are attended to promptly and professionally throughout their experience.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively, resolving concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Build strong guest relationships through suggestive selling and by creating memorable experiences.
• Present guest bills when required and maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences within the system.
• Work closely with the F&B team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  
  

About You

• Thorough knowledge of Food & Beverage service techniques and guest engagement practices.
• Ability to work effectively in an outdoor bar and lounge environment.
• Passionate about interacting with guests and delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or 5-star hotel environment is preferred.
• A proactive, self-motivated team player who enjoys challenges and thrives in a dynamic environment.
