The Guest Relations & Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between excellent guest experiences and the strategic growth of the company. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement guest relations strategies to ensure exceptional experiences for all clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement necessary improvements to elevate service quality.
  • Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Generate business development reports to track progress and identify growth areas.
  • Attend industry events to network and expand the company’s business reach.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns that attract and retain clients.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to secure new business deals.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in guest relations and business development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in guest relations and business development in a similar industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of CRM software and tools for managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
