Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a swift, seamless check-in process.
  • Provide detailed information about facilities, services, and local sights.
  • Handle guest complaints with patience, empathy, and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest room readiness.
  • Utilize feedback to improve guest experiences and drive service excellence.
  • Participate in team briefings to share insights and receive updates.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback for analysis.
  • Assist with VIP guest arrivals and any special requests or preferences.
  • Conduct regular tours of the premises to monitor standards and cleanliness.
  • Educate guests on promotions, loyalty programs, and upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with management to develop initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Follow safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or service-oriented roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with hotel management software and standard office applications.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • An inherent passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences consistently.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently.
