Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Guest Experience Expert to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their visit. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for all guests, addressing their needs and inquiries to ensure their satisfaction. You will work closely with other departments to provide a seamless service. Your ability to understand and anticipate guest needs is crucial for this position. We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, is detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and service excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high standard of service throughout the guest experience.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Stay updated on all facility services and amenities for guest information.
  • Handle guest feedback effectively, ensuring positive resolutions and follow-up.
  • Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and report findings to management.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special guest events and activities.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and protect privacy at all times.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on guest service protocols and procedures.
  • Manage guest bookings and reservations using our internal system efficiently.
  • Prepare reports on guest feedback and service performance regularly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with standard office software and customer relationship management tools.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
