About the Job 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Experience Executive - Experience Team to join Inside Burj Al Arab

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: 

  • Provide warm welcome to all our guests and tour groups.
  • Offer arrival amenities & Confirm ticket bookings 
  • Determine if any guests have physical restrictions that should be considered.
  • Clearly and confidently sharing engaging information to guests in a captivating manner.
  • Answer any questions that the guests may have.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of our facility and related topics.


About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 

  • 1 year experience in hospitality / Guest Service-Related Work
  • high school diploma
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and improvisational skills
  • Proficient In English and Additional Languages
