Job Description

The Guest Experience Admin is a key position responsible for enhancing guest satisfaction and ensuring that every visitor's interaction with our organization is positive and memorable. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills capable of managing and resolving guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly. The Guest Experience Admin will support various teams in delivering outstanding service and hospitality to all guests through efficient administrative processes and personal interaction. This position plays a vital part in assisting the operations team by coordinating guest-related activities, documenting feedback, and implementing new strategies aimed at improving the overall guest experience. A successful candidate will possess a proactive approach, be empathetic towards guest needs, and have the ability to adapt to dynamic environments. Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including feedback and complaints.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently.
  • Assist in planning and executing guest-centric events and activities.
  • Compile and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train staff on best practices for delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Ensure the guest reception area is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and report findings to management regularly.
  • Develop and implement guest engagement strategies to enhance loyalty.
  • Assist in creating guest-focused marketing materials and communications.
  • Facilitate resolution of conflicts or issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a guest service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for guest interaction.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team environment.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and guest management systems.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
