Guest Excellence Intern

GuestReady is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Excellence Intern - Operations to support our daily vacation rental operations. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who wants real exposure to short-term rental operations, guest experience, and back-office coordination.

You’ll work closely with the operations and support teams to ensure properties are guest-ready, schedules are on track, and communication flows smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Live Operations team in handling operations-related tickets, including issue tracking, resolution, and escalation when necessary.
• Communicate with guests to address inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth stay experience.
• Follow up on operational tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
• Provide administrative support to the operations team, including documentation, reporting, and data entry.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and support ongoing operational projects from planning to execution.
• ollaborate cross-functionally with both internal and external (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, account managers, onboarding, building management, global customer service) to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas and feedback to improve operational workflows and guest service processes.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (Hospitality, Business, Operations, or similar)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic proficiency in email, dashboards, and task management tools
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks
