About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Guest Attendant to join the resort’s Spa Operations team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to treatment rooms, relaxation areas, or changing facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas including treatment rooms, wet areas, lounges, and locker rooms.
• Prepare treatment rooms with necessary supplies, linens, and amenities before and after each session.
• Ensure towels, robes, and other guest amenities are stocked and presented neatly.
• Support therapists and spa reception with operational needs such as room turnover, guest requests, and product replenishment.
• Ensure qualitative Forbes Five-Star standards are delivered.
• Monitor and maintain spa inventory including linens, beverages, and retail products.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards in accordance with company and local health regulations.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down for spa events or promotions.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Report maintenance issues or guest concerns to the Spa Supervisor or Manager.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or customer service preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Basic knowledge of spa services and wellness practices is an advantage.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in humid or wet environments (e.g., steam rooms, pools).
