The Role

Youll architect go-to-market strategies that consistently generate 0.5-1%+ reply rates. This isnt about templates - its about engineering repeatable revenue systems.

What Youll Own:

• Define laser-focused ICPs and identify high-intent buying signals (funding rounds, hiring patterns, tech changes)
• Develop positioning that cuts through noise and resonates with C-suite buyers
• Manage 5-8 client campaigns end-to-end, ensuring they hit their meeting targets
• Collaborate with copywriters to translate strategy into high-converting sequences
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven fixes
• Build repeatable playbooks from winning patterns

Youre Perfect If You Have:

• Strong B2B marketing/sales fundamentals
• Critical thinking to diagnose and fix campaign issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Results-obsessed mindset (you measure success by booked meetings)
• Can manage multiple campaigns without dropping quality

Bonus Points:

• 1+ years in B2B lead gen or growth marketing
• Experience with marketing agencies
• Familiar with Clay, Apollo, Instantly, or similar tools

Your Success Metrics:

• 0.5-1%+ positive reply rates consistently
