Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to own and scale our end-to-end marketing funnelβ€”from awareness to acquisition, activation, and retention.

This role is focused on performance, measurable ROI, and continuous optimization, combining paid media, email marketing, automation, and analytics to drive high-quality user and customer acquisition.

You will work closely with product, sales, and CRM teams to design campaigns that directly impact revenue, conversions, and user growth.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

πŸ”Ή Growth & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute multi-channel growth strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Own performance marketing campaigns (CPC, CPA, CPL optimization)
  • Continuously test and scale campaigns based on ROI
  • Manage budget allocation across channels for maximum efficiency

  • Build and manage email campaigns for acquisition, nurturing, and re-engagement
  • Create automated workflows (drip campaigns, onboarding, lifecycle emails)
  • Improve open rates, CTR, and conversions
  • Implement tools like Amazon SES, Mailchimp, or HubSpot

  • Optimize full funnel: Ad β†’ Landing Page β†’ Signup β†’ Activation
  • Improve conversion rates (CRO) across campaigns and landing pages
  • Run A/B tests on ads, creatives, email subject lines, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with design & dev teams for high-converting landing pages

πŸ”Ή Tracking, Analytics & Attribution

  • Implement tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, etc.
  • Track user journey, behavior, and campaign attribution
  • Build dashboards for:
    • Open rates / Click rates
    • Cost per lead (CPL)
    • Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
    • ROI by channel
  • Identify drop-offs and optimize funnel performance

  • Generate high-quality leads for sales and platform growth
  • Integrate marketing campaigns with CRM systems

  • Work with tools like Apollo.io or CRM systems

  • Develop campaign messaging, ad creatives, and email copy
  • Plan growth experiments and viral/organic loops

🧠 Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6+ years in Growth / Digital / Performance Marketing
  • Strong experience in:
    • Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
    • Email Marketing & Automation
    • Funnel Optimization & CRO
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Attribution models
    • A/B testing
    • Marketing analytics
  • Hands-on with:
    • Google Analytics
    • SEMrush / Ahrefs
    • Email platforms (SES, Mailchimp, etc.)
