Key Responsibilities

• 1. User Growth & Activation
• Design and execute growth strategies across the full funnel: acquisition → activation →
• trading → retention
• Identify and optimize key activation moments
• 2. Campaigns & Growth Experiments
• Lead major growth initiatives for campaigns and incentive programs
• Develop targeted messaging and campaigns for different user segments
• Continuously iterate based on data, not opinions
• 3. Product-Led Growth
• Partner with Product & Design to improve onboarding and trading UX and translate features
• into clear user value propositions
• Identify growth levers embedded in the product (referrals, gamification, personalization)
• 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross functional teams to get data insights and dashboards, amplify marketing initiatives etc
  
  
  

Requirements

• Must-Have 3–6+ years experience in growth marketing , preferably in Crypto / DeFi / trading platforms
• Strong data literacy :Comfortable working with dashboards, cohorts, funnelsAble to define metrics and judge experiment results
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth , not just running campaignsHigh ownership, fast execution, bias toward action
