The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Growth Marketing Associate, you'll drive retention and engagement across CRM, social, and our app, turning every touchpoint into a reason for restaurants and diners to come back. You'll work directly with operators and partners to translate frictionless payments into measurable growth. What You'll Own

  • Own CRM execution end-to-end — drafting copy for weekly email, WhatsApp, and push sends, briefing the graphic designer on asset needs, and building/scheduling sends in Cequens
  • Own bank partnership comms (Mastercard, LIV Bank, and future partners) end-to-end, from brief to send
  • Build a standing weekly performance report on CRM sends (open rate, CTR, redemption lift) and provide Account Managers with performance reports on the marketing campaigns run for restaurants
  • Coordinate social and influencer campaigns — locking shoot approvals and logistics with Account Managers, managing the influencer agency relationship, reviewing scripts/UGC against brand voice ahead of shoot day, and producing some UGC content directly
  • Keep restaurant listings on the app fresh and build curated/trending collections (by cuisine, neighborhood, occasion) to drive engagement and repeat opens

Who you are

  • You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information
  • You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator
  • You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in CRM or growth marketing, ideally hands-on running multi-channel lifecycle campaigns (email, WhatsApp, push)
  • Fluency in English is a must

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace
  • Arabic language skills and familiarity with the UAE/GCC market
