Growth Equity Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis across growth equity transactions.
• Support deal origination by researching market trends, mapping sectors, and identifying high-potential investment opportunities.
• Participate in due diligence processes and coordinate with advisors, management teams, and co-investors.
• Prepare investment committee materials, presentations, and internal reports.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic initiatives aimed at driving growth and operational improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the investment and business community across the UAE and KSA.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Minimum four years of investing experience in growth equity, private equity, or investment banking with direct exposure to equity transactions.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities, with a proven track record of transaction execution.
• Deep understanding of the MENA market, with particular focus on the UAE and KSA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver clear investment presentations.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced investment environment.
  
  

This role sits within the growth equity investment platform of a private equity firm and covers the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to portfolio management, with a primary geographic focus on the UAE and KSA.
