As a Growth & Partnerships Executive, you’ll be one of the people introducing Hlthera to the world. You’ll create new relationships, uncover meaningful opportunities and turn first conversations into partnerships that can move healthcare forward.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team at an important stage of our journey, with the opportunity to shape how Hlthera grows.

What you’ll do

• Identify and develop new growth and partnership opportunities.
• Build meaningful relationships with organisations and key decision-makers.
• Introduce Hlthera and communicate the value of what we’re building.
• Develop opportunities from first conversation through to partnership.
• Represent Hlthera in relevant meetings, events and industry conversations.
• Bring market insights into the business to help shape better decisions.
• Work closely with the team as we grow Hlthera’s presence in healthcare.
  
  

What we’re looking for

We care less about fitting a conventional mould and more about what you can make happen.

You communicate exceptionally well, build relationships naturally and know how to turn an introduction into an opportunity.

You’re curious, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership. You enjoy building what comes next rather than simply maintaining what already exists.

Experience in business development, growth, partnerships, healthcare or technology is valuable. Fluency in English is essential, and Arabic is a strong advantage.
