Job Description

Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for the group.
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with regional finance teams to gather accurate financial data.
Provide analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee the implementation of new accounting processes and systems.
Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations and standards.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Group Reporting Manager should have:

A professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA.
Experience in group financial reporting within the property industry or similar sector.
Strong knowledge of international accounting standards.
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
