Group Head - Creative

Role Overview:

To build and run Arada’s in-house creative studio — a high-performance content and production engine that delivers fast, high-quality, on-brand assets for all Group businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end content production across digital, video, OOH, events and CRM.
• Build workflows, SLAs and capacity planning models.
• Maintain creative quality standards and brand consistency.
• Partner with Brand, Performance, CX and Comms for unified storytelling.
• Oversee studio operations, freelancers and production partners.
• Develop content formats for performance testing and optimization.
• Drive efficiency through asset reuse and DAM governance.
