• The organisation operates in the Industrial sector in Dubai.
  
  

• Maintain and manage the organisation's job architecture, including job families, grades, levels, and role catalogue.
• Evaluate new and revised positions using a recognised grading methodology.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and reward frameworks across multiple territories.
• Conduct market benchmarking and analyse salary survey data to support compensation decisions.
• Provide cost modelling and recommendations for offers, promotions, retention cases, and salary reviews.
• Monitor internal equity, pay compression, grading anomalies, and governance compliance.
• Maintain compensation records, grading decisions, and supporting reward documentation.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years' experience within Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Job Evaluation, or related specialist HR functions.
• Strong experience managing job grading frameworks and salary structures
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills, including compensation modelling and workforce data analysis.
• Experience using salary surveys and external market data to support reward decisions.
• Exposure to organisational design or workforce planning initiatives would be advantageous.
