Job Description
- Develop and implement the organisation's financial strategies and policies.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Lead and manage the accounting and finance team to achieve organisational goals.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance to optimise profitability.
- Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making at the executive level.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and financial institutions.
- Drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives across the organisation.
A successful Group CFO should have:
- A professional qualification such as ACA, CFA or CPA
- Proven track record in restructuring is mandatory
- Experience of managing operations in the EU is a mandatory
- Strong capital restructuring experience is mandatory
