Our client is a leading UAE-headquartered business services group with a long-established presence across the region. The organization operates at significant scale, supporting major public and private sector clients across multiple industries.
Job Description
- Driving the Group's long-term financial strategy and growth plans.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business partnering activities across the portfolio.
- Advising on capital allocation, investments, acquisitions, disposals, and corporate transactions.
- Overseeing treasury, banking relationships, funding strategy, and capital structure.
- Ensuring robust financial controls, governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
- Driving finance transformation, automation, data-led decision making, and systems optimisation.
- Acting as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board, shareholders, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Building and developing a high-performing finance leadership team across the Group.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance leader with significant experience operating at Group CFO level within a complex, multi-business organisation.
You will possess:
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CA, CPA or equivalent).
- 20+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Proven Group CFO experience within a large, diversified organisation.
- Strong expertise across FP&A, treasury, corporate finance, financial control, and capital allocation.
- Demonstrated M&A, investment appraisal, and transaction execution experience.
- Strong understanding of IFRS, governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working closely with Boards, shareholders, lenders, and executive leadership teams.
- A track record of leading finance transformation and driving operational excellence.
- UAE experience is essential, with broader GCC exposure viewed favourably.
