We are a leading independent telecoms infrastructure company, with one of the most extensive tower portfolios across Africa and the Middle East. What we do

We build, acquire, lease-up and operate telecommunications towers that can accommodate and power the needs of multiple tenants. Our tenants are major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), and we serve them across nine high-growth markets (8 in Africa and Oman in the Middle East). Overview

Reporting to the Head of People, the People Business Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic and operational HR support to Group Functions, primarily based in Dubai. The role ensures alignment between business objectives and people strategy, while strengthening employee engagement, organisational effectiveness and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

Role Respontysibili

As a People Business Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic HR advisory support across the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
  • Supporting Group Functions in identifying and addressing People priorities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance with UAE labour law
  • Managing employee relations matters, providing guidance on grievance and disciplinary processes with discretion and professionalism
  • Supporting the management and administration of employee benefits programmes, including liaison with external providers
  • Monitoring People metrics and preparing reports and analytics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Partnering with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and global mobility activities
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of People policies, procedures and global initiatives, including diversity and inclusion and organisational change programmes
  • Supporting the rollout and optimisation of HR systems and tools across Group Functions

 

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in the role, you will have:

  • At least 3 years’ prior experience operating as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist capacity within a multinational organisation
  • Strong working knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practice
  • Experience working in a commercially driven, fast-paced environment
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging and influencing senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong organisational, planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

 

Desired Skills

  • Professional HR qualification (e.g. CIPD Level 5 or above)
  • Experience supporting HR activity across multiple geographies
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and People analytics
  • Strong analytical capability with a data-driven approach to problem solving
  • High levels of cultural awareness and the ability to operate effectively in a global organisation
