Account Planning Workshops & Strategic Refreshers Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of internal and customer-facing account planning workshops, annual refreshers, and strategic customer summits.

  • Design agendas aligned to account priorities and growth objectives
  • Structure breakout methodologies and facilitation frameworks
  • Coordinate cross-BU participation and pre-workshop inputs
  • Facilitate sessions and synthesize discussions into actionable insights
  • Translate workshop outcomes into updated account plans, opportunity maps, and execution roadmaps
  • Drive post-workshop governance and follow-through
  • Act as the central orchestrator to ensure workshops are outcome-driven, collaborative, and aligned to One Hitachi strategy. Account Planning Enablement & Strategy Support Support the Group Account Manager (GAM) in maintaining focused account plans informed by workshop insights and evolving customer priorities.
  • Maintain structured player maps and strategic priorities
  • Monitor progress against defined actions
  • Identify constraints and support corrective actions
  • Ensure account plans remain dynamic and execution-oriented
